So since most guides are pretty dated and this game sees a lot of new content, i would like to know what would be the fastest and most efficient way to earn yourself a fortune in this game. I wont spend cash on it, but have 2 buddies who started with me and will help if needed. We are about Lv15 after a day.Ive heard that you can transport stuff from city to city and there are obviously farms, where you can plant animals and plants, but are there also other options? There are 22 proficiencies and to be honest i dont know where to start. Depends on if you're solo or doing group stuff. The recent update has already had a guild make 20k from trade packs from the whole 'kraken-on-a-stick' thing.Solo-friendly / small-group friendly things would likely be trade packs, so you're looking at the commerce, gathering, and husbandry proficiencies.
You can gather and sell in-demand resources, which could range from mining, to logging, gathering. You could also get into alchemy or cooking for the food/potion buff consumables people love using, but that's slow and requires a lot of materials from other proficiencies.I'd say go with what you can manage and work from there. Start off with some of the simple trade packs (by simple I mean ones that require the least amount of work - materials you can obtain by using public farms or from gathering in the wild) and use the airships to get the most money by turning them in at pvp areas (if you're feeling lucky, but carries risk at your current level). There's also looking for underwater treasure at sea, but requires some gold to get yourselves set up before going out to explore, and carries risk from level 50 mobs to ghost ships, to pirates, to hostile players, to the kraken. So you'll be working hard on that one. To be honest even after reading several articles i dont quite get what those trading packs are about. Most say 'Well, you pack stuff into packs and then you get a pack out of it' - yeah, great, how do i know how much of which stuff i even need? Or where to transport them to to have the most money earned? Do different cities have different needs? Does one city pay more for lets say potatoes than another? And what about the underwater treasure? Is it just diving somewhere deep and search for lootable crates?

You then carry it on your back to a gold trader in another zone - the farther away it is from the zone crafted, the higher your payout. As more types of a trade pack are turned in at a zone, it's value slowly decreases. There's exceptions to this, but requires patron and land owned in a zone that has a fellowship plaza (can explain more on that later if you'd like).Regarding underwater treasure, there's shipwrecks scattered about the ocean floor.
Some of these may contain chests, which require a Recovery Pouch to float to the surface. Having a Sextant helps with identifying your coordinates in relation to the shipwrecks if you happen upon a treasure map or using an interactive map like archebox's maps. Sometimes you may find a statue relic - if you happen to find one of these you can pat yourself on the back, because turning them in to an ocean trader nets you 1k gold. The only. Problem with that, is once found a system message broadcasts the coordinates you found it at, so you really need to haul ♥♥♥ back to safety once you get it (doesn't help the sea has level 50 mobs lurking around in it). I guess it wouldn't be very smart to deep dive unless i have a good party and we are high-lv.As i learned, the vehicle you need for trades also totals at about 400g, which you need to craft it.
Also the AH restriction is rather annoying. Originally posted by:Hm, ok. Also the AH restriction is rather annoying. Getting just a cart will depend on the server you're on, because one of the parts required is a thunderstruck log (which isn't that common of an item, thus it's high price on some servers). With the achievement system you've got rumbling archeum saplings that have a higher chance of becoming thunderstruck trees than normal trees. Once people start flooding the market with those the price should come down some. A lot of the parts crafting for the cart you can do yourself, and only worry about getting the expensive items for gold if you don't want the work involved in getting them. The AH restriction is a bit limiting though, there's no doubt about that.

I havent found any other veins yet, are there any? Ive heard Auroria had some. Should i try to ninja in there and try to farm a bit? The thing about the ore nodes is they function like this - mining them grants you raw stone, iron ore, or both. Iron Ore being most common. As you mine these nodes, sometimes you might have a Fortuna Vein end up in its place, or possibly happen upon one just sitting out and about.
Mining those end up taking more labor then a regular ore node, but from them you get your Copper, Silver, Gold, and Archeum Ores, with Archeum Ore being the rarest (as well as more raw stone from a regular ore node). If you really want to work on mining you can visit the Bluesalt Brotherhood member specifically about mining, and get some clothes that, when worn as a set, helps out mining. You'll also eventually get to work on obtaining the Prospector title, which when active gives you a 1k proficency boost to mining (don't remember if it's 1k or 10k, likely 1k though). It's slow work, but the Raw Stone from the nodes is probably worth a lot more than the iron, as it's used to make gunpowder for ammunition on ships and heareafter stones (and with everyone preparing their ships with the new cannons and parts for hunting the kraken/ghost ships or using ships in castle sieges, raw stone will be in demand, especially once 1.7b is released and people can start hunting the leviathan). Originally posted by:Ok, ive looked the clothes up and they seem to be rather useless, adding only 250 proficiency. Compared to the 90.000 or what it was to max out a proficiency, it seems to be not really worth it. Or do they add some other bonus? It's 250 for all pieces plus an additional 200 for the entire set (some equipment have a set effect if wearing three pieces or all five pieces of the set). And I was way off on the Prospector title, it's apparently only +100 to the mining proficiency. Granted, 550 additional proficiency isn't much, but considering each rank lowers the labor cost of that activity it's worth making use of.
Since you earn XP from doing those activities just as you would from questing or killing mobs, it's a grind all the same (only difference being if you spend 20 labor to mine a node, that's +20 proficency for mining. Labor spent = proficiency gained). Originally posted by:At the moment there is an event called Abyssal Attack, at 9pm GMT, there are portals in major sea cities.
After the battle you can calim a pack worth 70g which you take back on a boat to a special trader. You can do this once each day. What exactly should i do there? Also, after some mining it seems that its utterly worthless. I spent about 300 labor and got maybe 10g out of it, tops. Trading packs doesnt look too profitable as well. Even if i trade between Rookborn & Falcorth via the mountain pass, its still like 5-6g for 120 labor.
The 600g-700g one needs for 2 APEX and a patron would require 12000 labor or being online for 200 hours. Thats insane. There's a reason players are quitting (and leaving negative P2W reviews) or pulling out their credit cards.I've been playing this game for going on a year (started in Alpha) and I've finally had enough.
You have to spend 1000s of dollars to be competitive in PvP, or be really lucky with the crappy RNG crafting, regrading and socketing (which I was not).Or you can join a zerg guild, then your gear doesn't really matter, but don't expect to get to roll on mob drops.:) Those guilds mostly feed stuff to the officers. Once it falls people can craft the hell out of trade packs using abyssal crystals from the island. Even if you craft like 20 and get killed, you'll still get some of the turn in reward.
So if you can get to the center island and craft like crazy before you die, you'll still get a decent amount of gold.Though because it involves organized sailing, many people end up not being all that organized.

Hey, copying my post from my suggestion thread to get an ArcheAge section, just to give some overview. Will keep this post updated. Before getting into detail, what is this 'ArcheAge'?ArcheAge (kor. 아키에이지 — 'Ancient times'; ch. 上古世紀) — client fantasy massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) for the PC, developed by Korean company XLGames. The game is set in the universe of ArcheAge — fantasy world with elements of medieval magic and steampunk.Whats so special about it?It offers several different gaming elements for everyone, no matter if you want to live a potato life or want to go out on the seas, hunting big monsters or ghost ships. Becoming rich as a trader?
You're welcome too! No, you like more quick PvP fights and living on the edge?
Fine, you're also welcome! What is the current and past status of ArcheAge private servers/emulators?There is one private server (ArcheRage.to) with an EU and a NA server, which offers v3.0.3.0 at this time, trading credits for real money.Other than that, we had some small projects working on an emulator with one emulator being further developed, at least when you trust the YouTube-videos they shared. But for the last few years, the ArcheAge emulator community got kinda silent, with people still asking for new projects, hoping to see some new progress. Our own project (check out ) is still on pre-release status, but we have very good people working on it passionately within the last few weeks. To be able to work together even more efficient, we started a Discord channel for the project and by now we have more than 20 people who are part of the project or who are following the project. So what do you need an ArcheAge section for?Of course, the development looks good and active, especially with the Discord channel growing. But as you know for sure, the more people help the faster one can reach the final goal. We are hoping to reach more people who are interested, who are skilled to help us, people who can give input and who can test and check stuff. Hey,simply navigate to C:ArcheAgeDocuments and check the system.cfg.
You should find a line withlocale =.just switch that one to locale = 'enus' for english client.I havent checked the french one yet, maybe its 'frfr', not sure about that tho. Thanks a lot JeyFrey! Working with enus but not in frfrif someone have a working dll for french;)Ty!UPDATE:some error when login with new account, same when account in database.Blocked after insert character name, clic accept, and nothing.UPDATE2: sorry, have saw jusst now:SslMode = none'; in login but i have compiled files:ppppSome screens.
